But let me be honest: being organised doesn’t come naturally to me. It’s something I had to learn the hard way, especially after having kids, returning to work and feeling like life was always one step ahead of me.
That’s why I created this session. Not to give you another checklist, but to give you space. Space to pause, breathe and to look at what’s actually going on in your life… and then make a real plan to change it.

What exactly is an Organised Life Strategy Session?
It’s a 60-minute one-on-one Zoom coaching session with Mel, your Life Coach. We’ll talk through what’s currently overwhelming you. Whether it’s your schedule, your home, your finances, your mental load or all of the above and more, we'll map out together a clear, simple next steps that work around your life.
Do I need to prepare anything?
First, book a time that suits you. At the very least, you can simply show up as you are, no pressure. But if you really want to maximise our time together and get the most out of it, I’ll send you a short pre-session form that takes around 10 minutes to fill out. It gives me helpful context so I can tailor the session to your situation.
Is this really free? Will you try to sell me something?
Yes, it’s completely free and no, there’s no pressure to buy anything. If it feels right to keep working together after the session, I’ll invite you to continue on and let you know what that can look like, but the choice is always yours.
